MOLDING
We have more than 100 sets of molds, own our mold production team, there’re 3 D drawing engineers, spark machines, milling machines and other professional mechanical equipments, ODM mould service is welcome.
INJECTION MOLDING
There are 7 sets of injection molding machine in the factory. All the plastic part of the components are made in our workshop. Each injection molding machine could inject 1800-2500 times per day. The factory’s production capacity greatly be strengthened with these machines.
PRINTING
There’re part numbers such as “1” “2” “3” on the components, all inks are lead-free environmental security inks. We have both silk screen and moving printing machines, can meet various specifications of plastic printing requirements.
STAMPING
We have both worker hand-made stamping and machine-made stamping. Stamping is one of the most Labor-intensive process in electronic kits production. One of the hand stamping line includes dozens of workers. Besides, we have 6 sets of stamping machines which are the most advanced machine in China. All buttons are made of copper, the electrical conductivity is good, not easy to rust as well.
WELDING
Welding is one of the most important to the process in electronic kits’ production. We use lead-free solder for welding, links variety of electronic components, all workers in this line are well trained skilled workers, each solder joint feels smooth and of great quality. What’s more, we have advance soldering machine too.
QUALITY CHECKING
Two quality inspection: 1. 100% full inspection after all components production; 2. Components on packaging production line checking. Double guarantee product quality.
ON-LINE PACKING
Our assembly line can pack 3000 sets of products a day. Each set of products is over molded.
PACKING
Each set of products is be packed with full-color instructions and color box; and the outer carton is 5 layers A=A, toughness and of best quality.
STORGE
We have more than two warehouse, the semi-finished products and finished products warehouse, each one floor, the total storage area about 4000 square meters.
DELIVERY
We have more than 10 years of foreign trade experience, the products exported to all over the world, including Europe, the Middle East, southeast Asia and other more than 70 countries and regions; The modes of delivery include express delivery, air transportation, railway transportation and sea transportation.
